Room Rental Options
The Apiary (our private event room) - max seating for 35
Availablity: Tues-Thurs (2pm-8pm), Fri (2pm-9pm), Sat (1pm-9pm) & Sun (1pm-5pm)
Rate: $60/hour (2 hour minimum), $225/half-day (4 hours), $450/full day (8 hours)
Entire Facility - max capacity 100 (both seated and standing)
Availability: Mon-Thurs (9am-10pm), Sun (12pm-5pm) Subject to Management Approval
Rate: $1000/half-day (4 hours), $2000/full day (8 hours)
Hot Buffet-Style Options - minimum 10 person order
Taco Bar Menu (2 entrees: pastor, carnitas, veggie and chicken en chipotle with rice and beans and chips and salsa or guacamole from La Margarita
BBQ Menu (2 entrees: pulled pork, chicken breast, smoked turkey or brisket and 2 sides) from City BBQ
Cold Buffet-Style Options - minimum 10 person order
The Tour (selection of gourmet meats, cheeses & relishes) from Wildwood Market
Assorted Deli Sandwiches & Green Salad from Wildwood Market
Cheese, Crackers & Olives (a selection of 3 cheeses)
Dessert Carry-In Option - we allow guests to bring in their own desserts for a nominal fee
Cake or Cupcakes (2 dozen)
Open Bar - secured day-of event with credit card
Drink Tickets - gives guests choice of drink or tasting without providing open bar
Craft Mead & Cider Tasting - 6 varieties
Pitchers of Mead & Cider - prices vary depending upon variety
Cash Bar - guests pay for their own drinks
Assorted Gourmet Sodas & Sparkling Water - minimum 10 person order
Hot Coffee & Tea Service - minimum 10 person order
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED (except for desserts with carry-in fee).
We provide china and flatware with disposable napkins for all catered food, and disposable cake plates, forks & napkins for any dessert brought in. We have a TV for slideshows & video presentations (you must bring your own laptop & cable connections) that can be provided to you at no additional charge. All events are subject to 9% tax and 10% gratuity (based on the final total).
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the room, and will be applied towards your final bill. Payment is due in full no later than one week prior to the event and can be paid by credit card over the phone. No refunds are available. In the event you must cancel, your balance (minus the total for the food) can be applied to a future event.
